Essentially you will be initiated there very closely after you sign, which means that they can't get rid of the bad seeds in their pledge classes. very risky and will most likely bring them down. it also makes bids from them very binding, which isn't good for freshmen I would put sae and tekes as more "preppy" and phi delts and theta chi as more "bro". pick your poison
