from the perspective of a guy in a house that hangs out with both DZ's and ZTA's- Both of the houses are actually really similar, the only difference is that DZ's PC 15 seems to have a slightly better sisterhood than ZTA's. Both houses are social and can get rachet at times.. both houses have girls that are hot as hell and not as hot so honestly i see the houses as virtually the same DZ- girls can be either kind of "mom"ish and studious or outgoing and fun, have a good interconnectedness within their sisterhood I think, pretty cute overall ZTA- it seems like most of the girls are pretty loud and funny, but for some reason I rarely see PC15 and 14 actually going out together, but they are still interesting girls, pretty cute overall as well
