so supposedly IFC is making a new way to rush, either a new app or something like the rush list. So they are just focusing on that really and i doubt they will update the website very soon. Honestly just text anyone in the houses you want to rush and they can put you in contact with the rush chair, or check the chapters website and if anyones email is on their they can help you. Also, its not common but some people do just walk up and knock on the door of houses and ask to speak to their rush chair so you could do that too.
