No girl will go with anyone unattractive (that's just the truth) and being low tier really doesn't help. That said, if you're set on going to formal, reach out to a GDI or someone who doesn't have a greek system at their school and potentially offer them some $? I think it'd be smarter (since word would get out here) and you'd have more success. Good luck! :)
