DKE - northern lax guys, exclusive, rich, known for DKE grain Hall - rich alumni, darties and late nights, quite a few international brothers but a good mix from all over Zete - southern, strong brotherhood, except not really as known as the other top tiers Elmo - mostly rich international students, not a great brotherhood, late nights ——— Kappa Sig - southern, rich, one of the strongest brotherhoods at UVA SAE - mixed bag but this last PC was good, darties, also very southern Phi Psi - best location on Mad Bowl, good mix of guys from all over Chi Phi - great parties but the guys themselves are a mixed bag, mostly VB skater/beach boys ——— Sig Chi - far house but good parties, good brotherhood Beta - somewhat a stereotypical frat, but most guys are nice, smart, a lot of e-school kids Sammy - northern, somewhat rich, house is small but still good parties Pika - stereotypical frat, PCs actually keep improving each year, somewhat diverse Sig Nu - huge house and outdoor space, sorta keep to themselves, mainly NoVA and VB kids Theta Chi - diverse, don't care too much about social status, far house ——— Idk the rest there's too many
