Recruitment is like an interview. Dress to impress, be prepared by having good questions to ask in case the conversation plateaus. Talk to the girl and learn about her, about the sorority, as well as connecting that to yourself. Show interest in the things she mentions their chapter does. From that, you can gauge which sorority best fits your personality. That way you get to choose who you like and you aren't letting the sororities dictate. If I knew all of this every house would have wanted me based on looks, athleticism, grades, and being down to party. I was too chill and laid back I think so I only got invited back to half of the houses. I got the chapter I think that was best for me at the time, but as I've grown into my senior year, I feel like I could've been invited to the house that I never got to go to because I had a class conflict on day 1 of recruitment.
