Who decides which sorority is top house? is there like an award or something at the end of the year? DG Aphi and DDD are each saying they are top house, but nobody else seems to agree, so if its just by he said she said, technically can't any of these houses be top?...even though all three of them apparently have to worst reps on campus from reading all the comments, how can they still say they are top? Pi Phi is catching my interest for fall, I heard they have one of the best sisterhoods and have four friends that already are sisters and girls are seriously making up all their "bashing" on their page, while from what I heard the "top houses" everything they say on their page is true
