So many arguments over who is above or below who in a rank...here's an idea, if you're considered top, you're in the top tier. Mid is mid...bottom is bottom. Simple. And it's in alpha order, so you can't argue about the alphabet. Unless you want to put it in Greek alphabet order...knock yourself out... but regardless, You are in a tier and that's all there is to it. No matter how you want to order it, no ranks.
