i think pi phi is still with dz/xo but after this year (esp after courting) most likely will be axo/deeph level. axo can be annoying and they take as many pretty girls as they can but its kinda working out in their favor more than how pi phi’s been recruiting. claiming that aphi is better than most mid tier houses tho is a joke bc at best they’re top of bottom with phi mu… and phi mu is a lot stronger than them imo
