Ok, here's a dose of truth. SK has not been known in the past as one of the sweetest houses. They have had a fair bit of cattiness and drama surround them. It is a big reason they are ranked so low. New houses are nice to have, but as someone said here, reputation and tier are bigger factors for pnms. Hopefully with their new house and members, they can continue on a path of better behavior and kindness. It sounds like with their rush, they are moving in that direction. That will likely move them up more authentically than putting out 4-5 posts in the last few days ranking down GPHIB. Ranking down another house usually seriously ticks off the other house (which may have resulted in some of the meaner comments on here). Coming from a mid tier, this is the way I see it. Now, I think everyone should leave each other alone and concentrate on their new members.
