The reason why 2 of the southern group, KS PKP, are usually considered "top" is because they throw the best parties and treat women generally well. There's always 1 from the competitive group considered top almost always. It was Theta Chi until they were kicked off so now it is Pike. And the delts were only ever considered top because after Kappa Sig was Kicked off in 2011 and Pi Kapp started their nearly endless social probation cycle, they were really the only ones left to rush and ended up getting some good guys. Too bad that's all over, they probably won't crawl back to top for awhile. It'll be interesting to see who picks up the Delts usual crop of guys who are usually pretty solid.
