^^^ way to be panhellenic, so embarrassing to the community Here is the deal every groups wants girls to find a home in greek life and everyone is nice throughout recruitment to potentially members. Sororities are told how many girls they can invite back and so the "top" houses can invite back less so just because you had a good conversation and the girl rushing you likes you / was nice does not mean you will automatically get invited back so understand that going in....you also get to rank houses you want to go back to most.
