Ya there is nothing wrong with either. But Delta Chi has been around for a while but is still small and not as involved as they could be. Phi Psi has only recolonized this past year and have placed in many events, and have gotten to many sororities and frats. It may take some time for them to lose the reputation of being the new small frat but they are definitely moving in the right direction.
