While I like a ranking that attempts to include all facets of greek life, this is wildly inaccurate. The top four listed are all considered top tier/high middle for looks and social rankings, but as far as the other stuff, houses like ZTA and ChiO run circles around them. Tbh "popularity, social life, and attractiveness" in this situation are all basically the same thing.
