I'm in a fraternity. It seems that each frat, each semester takes a few juniors/seniors. I've known several upperclassmen who gotten bids. I know juniors can get bids for sororities but it's not as common. How come a random upperclassmen off the street could get a bid from Lambda or Pike but a junior girl struggles to get a bid from a decent sorority?
