As for Phi Psi and TKE leasing to ZTA and Aphi. Both of these frats are very new to campus after recolonization. At one time, these frats had chapters here and lived in those houses, but after they were kicked off, they still owned the property and now lease it to these sororities. In the meantime, these frats have come back. It's not like they were just like hey we're gonna move out of our house and give it to you guys! We'll see what happens in regard to ZTA and Aphi still living here after the leases run out. Not sure if the frats will want to renew the lease or move into the houses themselves. At URI it seems frats thrive more off campus, anyway.
