How come some fraternities do not have houses on campus? I known SAE used to be in the IEP house and the office of admissions used to be Theta Chi's house. Phi Psi is leasing their house to ZTA and TKE is leasing to Alpha Phi. Why do these frats and ones like Delta Chi and Kappa Sigma not have houses?
