This isn't too far off. It doesn't make the houses listed as bottom bad, it just means that their presence in these areas isn't noticed, or just isn't there. It's tough to say who's overall the best. Sorority of the Year seems to be who turns in the best application, IMHO it hasn't reflected the best sorority overall the past couple of years. You could debate this for a while.
