Why is Theta Chi ranked but the other frats aren't? Theta Chi is terrible. Phi Kappa Psi did well this past year and should be in the same tier as Fiji/Sigma Chi. Also Sigma Pi hasn't be relevant since 2010. Phi Psi and Kappa Sigma are doing really well for being new.
