Gamma Phi Beta is probably considered top tier by a lot of other people just because they're so pretty, but outside of all being really hot I'm not sure they do much to merit that good of a placement. I guess they're decently involved, and they don't have the worst grades but they just aren't quite on the same level as Chi O/Aphi/Theta/Kappa Pi Beta Phi parties hard. I've seen these girls go absolutely nuts at parties. Very fun to party with and very approachable, grounded women. They only seem to social with four or five frats though. Tri Delta gets a bad rap nationally for sleeping around, but honestly there are questionable girls in every sorority and all of the Tri Deltas I've met are very genuine caring individuals, and they've raised millions for cancer research. Delta Gamma is known for being very competitive in Greek events and very cute girls, especially their new members. Very respectable, but their house is pretty far from campus. Some of my closest friends at Iowa are in DG
