Fraternities: 1. Delta Chi - clear cut top house, off probation and really good pledge class. 2. Pi Kappa Phi - only put them here cuz they havent been kicked off yet, could change quickly. 3. Alpha sig - Hesitant to put them here but they've made a name for themselves. 4. ATO - from what i heard got a decent pledge class 5. Sigma Nu - heard they got a decent pledge class as well 6. FiJi 7. Phi Psy Rest irrelevant. Sororities: 1. Chi O/ Zeta - Chi was top house before but did not get a great babies class and are in some trouble from last year, zeta had a VERY solid group of babies. 2.
