their house is old, but feels historic, not dirty. my girl said that their house was donated to them by an alum and they were the first to have a greek style home so they and their alums want to keep the outside. chio’s brand new house looks really similar, so obviously it’s a pretty style. between the house and the alums buying them the apartments it was apparently $1.2million my favorite physical houses: ddd/pi phi (both have old upstairs) kd/theta (both pretty and unique) aopi/azd (both have nice bedrooms) i dont like kappa (feels like a dorm), gamma phi’s, chi o’s (tbf it’s changing), or agd (it does feel old and dirty)
