I was just about to say the same thing, one of my good friends from HS who joined Phi Delt who was living there is definitely still posting Snapchat stories of them smoking each other out of the 7 foot bong they have in their big party room in one of the houses.. Idk if they'll be there in the fall but it looks like they're still there now.
