This year was bad. It really felt like they were afraid to give organizations two awards. Perhaps 5 star shouldn't be the primary grade for the awards in Greek life. Half the fraternities and half the sororities had over 1000 points. Awards being decided based on bonus points kind of seems odd. In some sense it comes off as a sympathy comepetion for who has improved the most. For example one big selling point was Sig Tau going from a 2.88 to a 3.04, which is awesome. But then you look at TKE who got a 3.24 but get no love for already being towards the top. It's just confusing and I'm not in TKE. It seems more and more it's a popularity contest and it's coming off rigged.
