ADPhi (Trending Up) KA (Trending Up) / SNu (Neutral) Pike (Trending Down) ATO (Neutral) PiKapp (Trending Up) SigChi (Trending Up) SigEp (Trending Down) AEPi (Neutral) DTD (Trending Down) DKE (Neutral) ChiPsi (Neutral) Updated rankings free of bias as of 9/2 with all known information post o-week. Updates reflect consensus views on fraternity parties. ADPhi clearly upheld its prime position by bringing Zion back for a college darty. KA and SNu both held solid darties but KA clearly viewed as surpassing the latter. Pike darty went poorly and not stellar reviews of their later party. Nonetheless, still above ATO as per my information, who haven’t yet held something big. Both are clearly showing the distinction between themselves and the top tier. PiKapp trending up after a surprisingly solid darty post o-week, although mistakes during o-week still evidence them as a mid-tier fraternity. It remains to be seen whether they can sustain this performance, even financially. SigChi’s rebrand appears to have worked functionally, throwing a respectable darty (for their tier). Nonetheless, the haven’t hosted since then and are effectively usurping SigEp’s old position. Interesting movement by both of these lower-mid fraternities. SigEp continues its decline and has truly paid the price for affiliation. Their PC this semester will determine whether they can arrest their free-fall or will further deteriorate as a fraternity. AEPi upheld its current position, hosting a relatively effective pregame for its tier, with the potential for upward movement in the future. DTD has continued its harrowing and somewhat sad descent into oblivion, with a poorly performing darty and lacklustre performance overall. There is some potential here to stabilize as well if they can entirely rebuild and rebrand. Finally, there is virtually no information on DKE or ChiPsi, who likely host minimally, but they are included for the sake of completeness of these official rankings. - Rick
