Rush is clearly a big time of change for Greek organizations, but people forget that 75% of the frat/sorority hasn't changed when a new pledge class is introduced. A good pc can cause a trend up or a bad one a trend down, but let's be honest with ourselves: even in our convoluted ranks, nobody changes tiers or gets bumped up or down three spots from one year's pc.
