This is probably right, with two possible misplacements. First, whether Pike or Theta Chi is best depends on which got the best pledge class this fall, and I have not seen either yet. Second, as good as SAE is I find it hard to accept that they have jumped KA. Until circumstances change, KA is the gold standard of the just slightly below elite fraternities.
