How do chapter sisters ACTUALLY pick pnm's during sorority recruitment? Because I got dropped by all but 4 after the first round of recruitment, and I was so confused because all of the conversations I had were great. Even the ones where I had amazing conversations dropped me. There were a couple where the conversations felt a little fake but that's expected since you're not going to click with every sorority you visit. But what I just don't get are the ones I had genuine conversations in and I could tell the feeling was mutual yet they still dropped me. I ended up in a sorority that was at the bottom of my list but I thought I'd give it a try and so far I haven't really clicked with any of the girls so I think I'm gonna drop.
