Hah, are you kidding? I agree with you that it will be hard for ATO, Pi Kapp and SAE to get back to where they once were, but lets be serious, its not impossible. PIKEs alumni don't come close to the support that ATO and SAE have in Tallahassee alone. As for their house, what happens when the leasing company folds (they already defaulted on Southgate this year)?
