Actually, having an impressive house is nice, but looks is far more important. Make that consistent looks, and which sororities you associate with. Chi Phi and Theta Chi are about the same. Both are good fraternities and both have nice guys. Theta Chi is a little too 'diverse' to be top tier, and Chi Phi is just too low profile. No one knows they're there. Pike, Phi Delt, Delt, Phi Tau and actually KA are the top tier. There's a lot of difference in housing there, but the guys are all good looking and socialize with good sororities.
