Her top. face it, panhel recruiting is more based on spreading girls out than facilitating best fit. Fraternity recruitment ensures more ppl interact with each rushee. it takes multiple conversations with multiple guys to get to an interview which has 6-8 people in it. With sororities, you can be amazing and get unlucky to have 1 plastic girl who sucks at conversation and based on that 1 human's opinion, you're out. FSU panhel is poorly run compared to most colleges with major Rush. They waste more money, and girls are chosen based on less interaction than any sorority rush I've ever heard of.
