Lol! Please tell your future employers how high your Greek organization is in the tier ranking system.... I mean it's dumb and childish to compare each other like high schoolers... but more seriously, no the subjective and dramatic concept of tiers is not really something a lot of employers look at or care about. If anything it comes across like you spend your time/you're a person who will worry about unimportant or petty things and it would read as being a little immature. What matters is what you do/did with your time and grades and honestly how you present yourself.
