copied from OG post: That's not really how retention numbers work. For this last recruitment, there were almost 2300 pmns. Kappa and Chi O could invite approx 575-600 to the second round. So having a 99.9-100% retention rate means that all these pmns wanted them too (at least for this round). Pmns ranking any of the top houses as last doesn't mean anything if the houses don't have the pmns high enough on their list.
