If they did it would be a waste. They grew this year, but have been taking in too many random try hards which is going to bring them dow even with a new house. Unlike Sigma Nu who was smaller in numbers when they took over SAE's house, the goober/try hard infestation in Kappa Sigma is going to hinder their recruitment. Quality > Quantity. Sigma Nu got lucky, these guys will not be as lucky.
