ziji was absolutely robbed of a placing. Sig Ep's looked good but did not follow the theme. AXO/SNU was an understandable placing. AxiD Phi Delt were robbed of a placing especially considering it was phi delt's first year back doing hoco. I'm convinced that whoever judges hoco just wanted to have Alpha gamma rigged not face as much backlash about winning sweepstakes again so they started a DIFFERENT scandal by choosing one of the most uninspired dec's to win first place....
