What makes them so good here? I hear a lot of hype, and buzz around this chapter and I don't even go to school here.

They are a pretty big chapter and I know they know a lot of fraternities and sororities from other schools which is probably why you hear about them.

I am a phi delt, but from another school. I just don't see whats so special about this chapter other than its size relative to other fraternities there.
