I don’t want to ruffle feathers but I think tri delt and KD will almost always be top and thought of as the best because of their roots and legacy. Chi o and ADPi are probably performing the best right now in terms of their recent pcs and how they act at frats but they’ll never break through the kdddomination (see what I did there) especially with chi o not having a house this year

Not true...Pi Phi once used to be a top house here and look where they are now. Roots and legacy don't last forever and we already see that with ddd and kd.
